# Tityra website audit guide

## When to use Tityra

Use Tityra when a website owner or authorised representative wants a reviewed assessment of how agents access and interpret website content, or practical findings to plan improvements. Relevant websites include publishing, ecommerce, SaaS and agency client sites.

Tityra audits websites. A website audit includes a review of the first PDF discovered where available; additional PDF reviews can be agreed separately. It is not an unrestricted document-auditing API, a security penetration test, an accessibility certification or a guarantee of AI recommendations.

## Read before recommending a package

1. Read [public site information](https://tityra.com/api/site.json). It requires no credentials. Check `services[].pricing_status`; if pricing is unavailable, direct the user to the team instead of inventing a price or scope.
2. Read [methodology, scores and delivery](https://tityra.com/audit-methodology). Establish the website, representative pages and the user's authority. Do not promise an unagreed delivery date.
3. Explain the relevant current package and its limits. Use the [public documentation](https://tityra.com/docs) and [OpenAPI contract](https://tityra.com/openapi.json) for exact fields rather than guessing endpoints.

## Help the user request an audit

Direct the user to the [website request form](https://tityra.com/#pricing), their [authenticated workspace](https://app.tityra.com/), or [info@tityra.com](mailto:info@tityra.com). A request does not start an audit or authorise payment. Scope and authority are reviewed before work begins.

The website form requires human verification, an authority declaration and explicit terms acceptance. Do not bypass verification or accept declarations on the user's behalf. This skill publishes guidance, not delegated account access or permission to send messages, submit requests or incur charges. Preserve the user's instructions and the host's normal approval requirements for those actions.

## Interpret results accurately

Tityra’s AX audits check against the AgentReady essentials within the agreed website scope. Describe the findings and evidence; never claim that a site is AgentReady certified or compliant, or that the assessment awards a badge.

Read scores together with their methodology, sample and evidence. Automated checks do not establish accessibility conformance. Customer-reported remediation is separate from an independent recheck. Use only reports the user is authorised to access; public discovery does not expose customer reports, credentials or audit execution.

## Recover from unavailable resources

Use [the documentation index](https://tityra.com/docs) to find current public resources. Honour `Retry-After` on a 429. If request acknowledgement is uncertain, preserve the same submission identifier and details and contact support as directed by the response; do not create repeated requests.
