Terms and Conditions
Using Tityra’s website and customer workspace.
Version:
About Tityra
Tityra is operated by Digital Domain Technologies Ltd, trading as CogNovaMX, company number 03651124, at 33 Merchant Way, York, United Kingdom, YO23 3TS.
These terms cover use of our website and customer workspace, including account creation, audit requests and partner applications. Contact info@tityra.com with questions about these terms or your account.
Your account
Provide accurate contact and company details and use an email address you control. You must be authorised to act for any organisation you represent. Keep your password private and tell us promptly if you believe someone has gained unauthorised access.
Verifying an email address confirms access to that address. It does not independently establish ownership of a website, authority to represent a company or approval of an audit request. Access to an existing company workspace requires an authorised invitation or review by Tityra.
Creating an account is free. It does not place an order for paid work, create a subscription or authorise a charge.
Audit requests and authorisation
Only request an audit of websites and content you own or are authorised to have reviewed. Do not submit passwords, access keys or other secrets through request notes. Agree any access to restricted systems with us separately.
A request is subject to review of its scope and your authority. Submitting a form or creating an account does not automatically start a scan. We may ask for further information before accepting or carrying out the work.
The free audit is subject to the scope and availability shown when you request it. Further or paid work requires a separate quotation and your approval.
Paid services
The scope, deliverables, fees, VAT treatment, payment arrangements and any project-specific conditions for paid work are set out in the quotation or other written agreement supplied before acceptance. Review that agreement before approving the work.
These website terms do not introduce a cancellation charge, automatic renewal or additional fee. Ask us about a change or cancellation as soon as possible; any effect on agreed work and fees will be addressed under the applicable quotation or agreement.
Reports and their use
Audit reports describe findings from the agreed scope and the content, methods and circumstances recorded at the time of the review. Websites and automated systems change. Findings are not a guarantee of future search visibility, AI responses, commercial results or compliance with every standard or legal requirement.
You may use a report supplied for your organisation to assess your content, plan improvements and work with people authorised to help you. Protect private report links and personal or confidential information. Do not alter or present findings in a way that misrepresents the report, its scope or its source.
Report access is provided through the customer workspace after delivery and, where applicable, satisfaction of agreed payment requirements. Retention and personal data handling are described in our Privacy Policy.
Partner applications
Submitting a partner application or verifying its email address does not establish a partnership. Applications, territories and account access require review and approval.
Any partner branding, delivery, client responsibility, pricing or other commercial arrangements must be agreed separately. These website terms do not grant exclusive territories or authority to make commitments on Tityra’s behalf.
Responsible use
Do not attempt to access another person’s account, bypass access controls, misuse invitations, disrupt the service or submit unlawful content. Do not use the service to request access to systems or information you are not authorised to review.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address a security incident, misuse or a legal requirement. Where appropriate, we will explain the restriction and how to contact us to resolve it. Contact us if you believe a restriction is mistaken.
Privacy and account closure
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, retention and your choices. Acknowledging that notice is separate from agreeing to receive marketing.
You can request help with your account, close sign-in access or raise a personal data request through the workspace or by emailing info@tityra.com. Closing an account does not automatically erase records that must be retained under the applicable retention policy or legal requirements.
Changes and your rights
The version of these terms is recorded when you accept them. We will identify material changes affecting account use and seek a further acceptance where appropriate. Changes to these website terms do not retrospectively change an already agreed quotation or project agreement.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If you have a concern about the service or these terms, contact us so we can try to resolve it.
